VENDOR PORTAL
The Vendor Portal is the primary resource for authorized brokers and suppliers to manage business activities with the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services. Authorized users can securely submit requests, monitor activity and access purchasing information.
The Vendor Portal provides a centralized location for managing product information, pricing activity, promotional requests, and purchase order visibility while improving communication and transparency between DABS, brokers and suppliers.
Use the Vendor Portal to:
- Submit new pricing requests
- Submit Special Price Allowance (SPA) requests
- Submit shelf talker requests
- Submit product image requests
- View the status and history of submitted requests
- Review pricing history for your products
- Explore purchase orders issued by the Purchasing Department for warehouse replenishment
- View system-generated purchase orders created as products are shipped from the warehouse to retail stores
