LICENSING & PERMITTING SYSTEM

Although paper applications will be accepted upon request, we encourage using the online system because it’s faster and easier and organizes all your records and correspondence in your individual account. For help getting started in the new system or to request a paper application, email us at [email protected].

License renewals will take place using the new online system. If you have created an account through our online license and permitting system and completed the “Claim an Existing Record” request, you will receive an email when the renewal of your license will be due. The renewal period will start on the 1st of the month and end on the last day of the month, although you have until 5:00 p.m. on the 10th of the following month to renew with the addition of a late renewal fee ($300.00). 

If you have not created an account through the online license and permitting system, you will need a claim code to renew your license or permit. This can be emailed or mailed to you, depending on the information we currently have as contact information.

Once the renewal of your license/permit is approved by the ABS Commission, you will receive your current license through email. You will notice your license or permit number will have changed. This should have no effect on your ability to order products through our online ordering system. Your current license number will become your “historic” license number.
